Important Covid Update

 A condensed class schedule will resume September 16, 2020.   Class sign-ups will be required. Limited space available and masks must be worn at all times.

 We will continue some virtual classes.  Please check  our Facebook page for dates and times.

We have two spacious exercise studios with state of the art low- impact flooring systems and a dedicated Spinning Room. We offer a wide variety of classes for all ages and levels of participation, including Step, Yoga, Aerobics, Zumba and Kick-Boxing.
