Celebrate your child’s birthday or any special occasion

Our party package featuring 1 hour of supervised activity ranges from $225.00- $250.00 depending on the activity and the number of instructors required.
(Additional fee for the room rental)
Making Reservations
Parties are offered based on availability of space and instructors. Reservations can be made as early as 1 year in advance by phone or in person. A deposit is necessary to guarantee date and time. Full payment is to be made at least 5 days prior to the party date. If the party is cancelled more than 3 weeks in advance, a full refund will be given. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelled within 3 weeks of the party.
Parents’ Responsibility
- Send out invitations
- Provide decorations, food, drinks.
- Supply NERC & FC with an accurate number of attendees.
- Sign waiver & release.
*Host parent is to be present at all times and must contain children to party area only!*
Party Rules
Please help us enforce the following rules so that your party is safe and runs smoothly:
- Arrive at scheduled contract time.
- Go directly to the designated “party room” and wait for your instructor(s) to arrive.
- Food is allowed in the designated area only.
- No smoking in the facility.
- Exit promptly at the end of contracted time.
- Swim Parties: All non-swimmers must be accompanied into the pool by an adult or wear a flotation belt (provided.) Swim diapers are required for children not yet potty trained.
What To Wear
For all parties, children should be comfortably dressed for active play. Dress clothes will interfere with activities. Long hair should be tied back…absolutely NO jewelry. Black soled sneakers are not permitted. Please bring swim attire and towel for pool parties.
